Understand the legal context
As you are organizing and prioritizing the needs of the organization, and weighing what is feasible, it is important that you understand the legal context that could impact the decisions you make. For example, before recommending that an organization implement email encryption, you should know whether or not encryption is illegal in the country for which the organization is based.
